Peanut Butter Cubes
Make delicious and healthy, cubes with chocolate and Greek Nut peanut with only 4 ingredients, no baking.
- 2 cups of peanut butter
- 1/2 cup honey (or Agave syrup)
- 3/4 cup coconut flour (or plain flour)
- 2 cups of couverture chocolate.
In a saucepan, gently heat the peanut butter and mix. Pour the mixture into a bowl and then add the flour and mix gently until homogenized. Pour the mixture into a 20×20 cm baking tray and put it in the freezer for 20 minutes. Once freeze, cut into 20 pieces and put it back in the freezer for a little while longer. Melt the couverture and then dip the cubes from peanut butter whole or up to the middle. Then place them in baking paper and put them in the refrigerator for a few hours.
