Salad with red and white cabbage & Greek Nut peanut butter dressing.

Dressing Ingredients:

• 1/4 cup peanut butter
• 2 tbsp vinegar
• 2 tbsp fresh lime juice
• 3 tbsp olive oil
• 1 tbsp soy sauce
• 1 tbsp honey
• 2 garlic cloves, roughly chopped
• 1 tsp minced ginger
• 1/4 tsp crushed red pepper flakes
• 2 tbsp fresh cilantro

Salad Ingredients:

• 1/4 white cabbage
• 1/4 red cabbage
• 2 carrots

Instructions:

Finely chop all the vegetables. Mix all dressing ingredients until the mixture looks smooth and serve.
